2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
During product launches, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Fees

Flat rate shipping fee of £25 per order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including (but not limited to) carrier delays, customs processing, weather disruption, or seasonal demand.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (United States)
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.

May be collected by the carrier or customs authorities upon delivery
AltaiX Performance Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees or import taxes and is returned to us, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Any return shipping charges or customs costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
6. Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability for delivery where required.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:

Failure to collect the parcel
We may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Risk & Responsibility
Risk of loss and responsibility for goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
While we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible, AltaiX Performance Ltd is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once dispatched.
9. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us at:
